Before founding RWJ, our designer spent years inside one of America’s leading plus-size fashion brands—learning where fit succeeds, where it falls short, and what women were still waiting to find.
RWJ began as a more personal answer: an independent label with the freedom to design slowly, listen closely, and create feminine clothes that feel polished without feeling prescribed.
