RWJ respects the intellectual property of others and expects customers, partners, resellers, and website visitors to do the same.
RWJ brand assets
The RWJ name, logo, wordmarks, campaign names, distinctive branding, and other source identifiers are trademarks or trade dress owned by or licensed to RWJ, whether registered or unregistered. They may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, authorization, or origin without written permission.
Designs and creative work
RWJ invests in original garment concepts, prints, artwork, photography, styling, pattern development, packaging, copy, and digital experiences. These materials may be protected by copyright, design rights, trademark, trade dress, unfair-competition law, contractual rights, or other protections to the extent applicable.
Purchasing an RWJ product does not grant permission to reproduce the product, copy protected creative elements, manufacture replicas, create commercial derivatives, or use RWJ content to market another product.
Prohibited conduct
Unless RWJ has provided written authorization, you may not:
- use RWJ branding in a business name, domain name, social handle, advertisement, metadata, or keyword in a misleading manner;
- copy or distribute RWJ photography, graphics, product copy, prints, or other protected content for commercial purposes;
- manufacture, source, advertise, or sell counterfeit or confusingly similar products;
- remove, obscure, or alter labels, notices, watermarks, or product identifiers; or
- claim to be an authorized RWJ seller or representative without written approval.
Authorized resale
Ownership of a genuine product may permit lawful resale, but it does not authorize the seller to present itself as affiliated with RWJ, use RWJ creative assets beyond what the law allows, alter goods and market them as original, or make warranties on RWJ’s behalf.
Reporting suspected infringement
To report suspected counterfeit goods, misuse of the RWJ brand, or infringement involving the website, email rwj070326@outlook.com with:
- your contact information and, if applicable, proof that you represent the rights owner;
- a description of the right or RWJ material involved;
- the relevant listing, URL, account, seller, or marketplace;
- supporting screenshots, order information, or other evidence; and
- a good-faith statement that the reported use is not authorized.
We may request additional information and may refer appropriate matters to platforms, payment providers, customs authorities, or law enforcement.
Rights of others
If you believe material on the RWJ website infringes a right you own, please contact us with enough information to identify the work, the challenged material, and your authority to act. Copyright-specific notices should also follow our Copyright Notice.
Reservation of rights
RWJ reserves all rights and remedies not expressly granted. No failure or delay in enforcement is a waiver.
