We want every RWJ piece to feel right. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Starting a return or exchange
Before sending anything back, email rwj070326@outlook.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request. We will provide the appropriate instructions and return destination.
Do not mail a return to the sender address printed on the original parcel. That address may not be an RWJ returns facility, and items sent without authorization may be delayed, refused, or ineligible for a refund.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, an item must be:
- unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged;
- free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, stains, and other signs of wear;
- returned with all original tags, hygiene seals, accessories, and packaging supplied with the item; and
- sent according to the return instructions within the approved timeframe.
Please take care when trying on garments. We may reduce or decline a refund where an item has lost value because it was handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect fit and appearance, to the extent permitted by law.
Items that cannot be returned
Unless required by applicable law, the following are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
- items clearly marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase;
- gift cards;
- personalized or made-to-order items; and
- items with removed hygiene seals or other products that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons.
Exchanges
Size or color exchanges are subject to availability and may be limited to one exchange per eligible item. If the replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit. Depending on location and inventory, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order instead.
If an exchange item costs more, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method where our exchange process supports it.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind, preference, or fit-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any related customs charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos. Once verified, RWJ will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.
We recommend using a trackable service and keeping the receipt. RWJ cannot issue a refund for a return that does not reach the designated returns facility.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect it and email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Shipping, duties, taxes, or other charges that RWJ cannot recover may be excluded from the refund unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
Cancellations and order changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We will make a reasonable effort to help before fulfillment begins, but an order cannot be changed or canceled after it has shipped. You may request a return after delivery if the item is eligible.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded in your place of residence.
