These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to rwjcurve.com and purchases from RWJ (“RWJ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and services to you. Third-party services used for payment, shipping, analytics, or other functions may be subject to additional terms.

We work to present descriptions, measurements, colors, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, fabric variation, production tolerances, and hand-finished details can result in reasonable differences. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly by style or production run.
Product availability and quantities are limited. We may change or discontinue products, correct descriptions, or limit sales by person, household, address, region, or order where reasonably necessary.
4. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other applicable charges are shown at checkout where available. You agree to provide current and accurate billing information and represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automatic order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not mean the order has been accepted. We accept an order when it enters fulfillment or ships.
