I don't know if I'd call this long sleeve mini dress formal, but it is definitely a good base for a dressy outfit with the right accessories. I would wear it to a semi-formal wedding or any party/event where a simple black dress will do. It is a nice base dress that you could jazz up really well with different accessories so you can get a lot of different looks out of it.I wear 1x/2x myself, but I ordered 3x size because I'd rather it be bigger and give it some nips and tucks to tailor it to my body. It did hang on me a little and It is pretty full and flair around the bottom. I found it is very clingy and very stretchy though around the arms and bust line. I asked a 3x friend who came by to try it on and model it for me, and it fit her fine (though she says it would probably look better with the right shapewear undergarments because it is so clingy). My friend is 5'8" tall and it came just above her knee. So I would say it is true to size if you don't mind dresses to be clingy around the top and arms, if you don't want it as clingy order a size or two up.The fabric feels nice and soft, and is nice and breathable. I am sensitive to any rough or scratchy fabrics and I hate anything that makes me feel sealed in plastic, but this dress is comfortable and doesn't irritate me. The neckline is very beautiful for a plus-size woman, especially those who are fuller figure on top. It is a very flattering neckline and kinda sexy, but not so revealing that it would look cheap. Very classy and stylish.Overall I think it was a great value for the price and I can see mixing and matching red, silver, white, glittery black, etc. accessories with it to different occasions to really make it pop. Just a great, versatile addition to the wardrobe.

This dress feels very soft, and the fit and flare structure works well on me. I'm 5'4" and short waisted, which makes finding dresses that fit correctly a challenge, but I'm fairly happy with how this one falls from my high waist. It's not perfect, but a belt helps. I like the pretty neckline of the dress and the overall simplicity of the solid color. I chose the brown color because I like the autumn mood of it. I plan to wear it with boots and a fun scarf when the weather gets a little cooler for a comfortable but put together look. The dress is too long for me, but I don't mind getting it hemmed because I expect I can use it throughout the fall. The dress is well made, with secure double-stitched seams and attention to details such as the stitching that shapes the bodice elegantly. All things considered, it's a lovely dress.

This dress is so soft! I absolutely love the lightness of the stretch fabric and how well it moves. Will be perfect for a fall event I am attending with boots and jewelry. It won't take up much room in the suitcase either. I like the long sleeves and will have a vest for if it gets cooler too. Overall very nice and looks and fits exactly like the photos online. Great value for the price!

This dress fits really nice and the square neckline is probably my favorite part. It gives it a more dressed up look without feeling too formal. The material is comfortable and has enough stretch that it doesnt feel restrictive.The sleeves are nice for cooler weather and the length worked well for me. My only complaint is the fabric feels a little thinner then I expected, so thats something to keep in mind.Overall its a cute dress that can easily be dressed up with heels and some jewelry. Looks good on and is comfortable to wear.
